These communities are also hit hardest by today’s shifting poverty realities, deepening inequality, climate change, rapid urbanisation, the aftermath of COVID-19, and the rising cost of living. Traditional development models often fall short in addressing these complex, interlinked challenges — calling for innovative, inclusive, and people-first solutions like ours.

LIVELIHOOD PROMOTION
We work to ensure income generation and diversify livelihoods by providing technical skills training, seed funding, and market linkages, while also helping communities adapt to changing economic conditions through local solutions and connecting them to sustainable value chains for long-term resilience.
SOCIAL PROTECTION
We strive to guarantee access to health, education, and employment by mobilizing communities, connecting them with government services, integrating social safety net programs, and delivering emergency relief in times of crisis, while fostering long-term resilience and self-reliance among vulnerable groups.
FINANCIAL INCLUSION
We provide comprehensive financial literacy training to help individuals manage income and expenses, build practical money skills, and access safe, reliable financial services—empowering communities to make informed decisions and secure a stable, sustainable economic future.
SOCIAL EMPOWERMENT
Foster confidence, resilience, and social inclusion through ongoing engagement, connections with village social solidarity committees, life skills guidance, and coaching on income management, savings, and digital financial transactions, while encouraging community participation to strengthen collective growth.

SAVINGS
Guidance to encourage consistent saving habits and improve financial security and resilience, paired with strategies that build long-term stability, reduce vulnerability, and prepare households for future uncertainties.
Healthcare & Services
Raising awareness on essential health needs and available healthcare services, while facilitating access to financial assistance and building strong linkages with government programs and other service providers, including healthcare support networks.
Market linkage
Providing handholding and capacity-building support to strengthen market linkages, boost confidence for active participation in trade, and connect producers with local market actors to enhance opportunities and growth.
